Single speed, belt driven bike for gravel use
The Booda Bike Atlas is a very special bike. Single-speed, but still has gravel genes. The drop handlebar, wide gravel tires and frame geometry allow it to perform well on off road also. Thanks to its simple, clean character, it is very lightweight, so it becomes a very agile toy. The Gates Carbon CDX drive system is efficient and low maintenance. The steel frame is just flexible enough to absorb uncomfortable resonances, but stiff enough not to spoil the driving experience.
Steel frame
The frame is the most important element of the bike, so it gets huge attention in the design. Due to the material properties of steel, it pleasantly dampens vibrations, but gives enough rigidity to make turning a real experience.
Carbon fork
The choice of carbon material for the fork is also crucial in terms of weight, but it is also a key issue in terms of comfort. The fork connects the front wheel to the steering wheel, so any vibration coming from the front is sensed through it. Carbon helps to dull the perception of small pebbles and unevenness.
~ 9 kg
Thanks to modern technology, weights of around 9 kg are now also available on sporty single-speed gravel bikes, giving you a very easy-to-use bike.
Agile riding position
The frame geometry of the Atlas has been tuned to maximum control so you can enjoy gravel roads.
Gates CDX Carbon Belt Drive System
The CDX Belt drive system is the most durable system. It provides high performance and reliability with low maintenance.
High puncture resistance, tubeless fluid
Tubeless tires are provided with Effetto Mariposa Vegetalex tubeless fluid, which forms a sticky material inside the rubber and immediately seals smaller holes.
