If you run into a warranty problem, leave the paperwork to us: we help with the repair or the part replacement.
Take photos of the fault from several angles so that it shows well, and email them to info@boodabike.com with a short description of the problem.
Gates products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

- Tudok céges számlára vásárolni alkatrészeket?
- Természetesen igen. Amennyiben kerékpárboltod vagy szervized van, úgy tudunk biztosítani neked nagyker kedvezményt is a regisztráció után.
- Ha nem tudom milyen szíjhajtás alkatrész kell, akkor tudtok segíteni?
- Igen, írj nekünk az info@boodabike.com-ra egy emailt, ami tartalmaz minél több infót, fotót és paramétert és segítünk.
- Ha valami nincs rakátron, akkor mennyi idő mire megérkezik?
- Gates termékek esetében minium 1 hét és maximum 3-4 hét szoktott lenni. Pontos beérkezési időt a rendelés után tudunk csak mondani, miután ellenőriztük a Gates rendszerében az elérhetőséget.
