Shipping Damage

Please check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the box appears damaged, please request a damage report from the courier right away, as the product itself may also be affected. Take photos of the packaging and later of any damage found on the unpacked product. Any defects or irregularities must be reported to us without delay so that we can take action as quickly as possible.


Warranty Exclusion

The warranty becomes void if the damage is caused by improper use, particularly in the following cases:

  • the product was used inappropriately (e.g., jumps, extreme use, crashes);

  • the product was modified in a way not approved by Booda Bike;

  • the customer did not follow the instructions for use, operation, or maintenance.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.


Warranty Claims

In case of a warranty issue, please contact us via email. We always strive to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For bicycles, we aim to avoid unnecessary transportation that could lead to further damage, so we handle repairs through trusted local bike shops whenever possible. If needed, we will provide replacement parts by mail. All bicycles come with a 3-year warranty. Warranty claims for third-party manufacturer products are handled through the respective manufacturer.
