The Apidura City Messenger is a lightweight, fully waterproof messenger bag for commuters and urban cyclists, with room for a laptop and your work essentials. Available for 11″ (450 g) and 13″ (550 g) laptops, it can be worn on either side of the body, and an extra stability strap keeps it in place while riding.
Why a cycling messenger – and why this one
A regular shoulder bag swings round to the front as soon as you lean into a corner, and rarely keeps a laptop dry in the rain. The City Messenger is inspired by bikepacking and designed for the city:
- It stays in place. An adjustable shoulder strap plus an adjustable stability strap give a stabilised fit, and the bag conforms to your riding position.
- Left or right – your choice. The ambidextrous design lets you wear it on either side of the body.
- Your laptop stays dry. Seam-welded construction from bespoke fabrics makes the bag 100% waterproof, with an internal device sleeve for protection.
- Easy on and off the bike. A G-hook and Velcro closure gives quick access when you arrive.
- You are seen in traffic. Reflective exterior graphics and a laser-cut light attachment point add safety without unnecessary weight.
