The Apidura Fast-Flow Hydration Bladder (2 L) is a spare or additional water reservoir designed to work seamlessly with Apidura's on-body hydration packs, such as the Racing Hydration Vest and the Backcountry Hydration Backpack. It weighs 140 g, refills easily through a wide roll-top closure, and comes with a detachable 1.2 m hose and a large bite valve for high-volume water flow.

Care & maintenance
- Bladder cleaning – fill with 30 ml lemon juice, 2 tbsp of baking soda and warm water. Rinse the bladder thoroughly before use.
- Bladder storage – hydration bladders and hoses can be stored in a freezer to help prevent the growth of mould and mildew.

Which packs is the Fast-Flow Hydration Bladder compatible with?

Can the bladder be used with hydration vests from other brands?
Yes. Although it was designed for Apidura vests and backpacks, it can be used with many third-party hydration vests. Check the dimensions of the bladder (see the drawing above) to make sure it fits comfortably in your existing reservoir sleeve or compartment.
How can I stop water from moving around inside the bladder?
Remove the excess air: fill the bladder with the desired amount of water, squeeze out as much air as possible and seal it, turn the bladder upside down so the sealed end is at the bottom, then suck any remaining air out through the hose.
How do I keep the bladder clean?
Clean it with 30 ml lemon juice, 2 tbsp of baking soda and warm water, then rinse thoroughly. Storing the bladder and hose in a freezer helps prevent mould and mildew.
