Booda Bike Pulse - Rohloff - L

Pulse
Rohloff 500/14 speedhub
14 speed for the comfortable riding
The Booda Bike Pulse features a trekking-inspired geometry. It's a perfect choice for those who value a wide gear range, a comfortable and durable bike. It makes the most of the comfort and performance it offers on asphalt, while the Schwalbe G-One Speed tubeless tires also perform reliably on gravel terrain. The frame geometry provides a comfortable riding posture even on longer distances, further enhanced by the carbon fork, which adds both comfort and performance. The Rohloff 500/14 SPEEDHUB with its 14 gears delivers maximum performance on both climbs and descents. The steel frame is flexible enough to absorb unpleasant vibrations, yet stiff enough to preserve the riding experience.

Steel frame
The frame is the most important element of the bike, so it gets huge attention in the design. Due to the material properties of steel, it pleasantly dampens vibrations, but gives enough rigidity to make turning a real experience.

Rohloff 14 speed gearhub
The Rohloff hub offers 14 perfectly spaced gears sealed in a maintenance-friendly, weatherproof system. It's incredibly durable, reliable, and ideal for both urban commuting and long-distance touring.

~ 12 kg
The bike weighs approximately 12 kilograms without accessories, which is outstanding for a steel-framed, hub-geared bike of this type. This is thanks to the high-quality steel frame and the carbon fork. The low weight is key to providing a comfortable and enjoyable riding experience.

Hidraulic disc brakes
The hydraulic disc brake system is one of the lowest-maintenance solutions available. It offers great efficiency at an affordable price and can be upgraded to a higher-end braking system if desired.

Gates Carbon Drive system
The Gates Carbon Drive belt system is clean, quiet, and virtually maintenance-free. It doesn’t require lubrication, won’t rust, and lasts significantly longer than a traditional chain. A premium choice for smooth and reliable riding.

Internal cable routing
Every detail of the bike was carefully designed to keep it beautiful and clean, which is why we use internal cable routing as an essential feature.
Customizte your ride!
We have designed our bicycles in such a way that they offer the best possible cycling experience with low maintenance. We selected the most suitable components based on our experience gained during many years of building custom bikes. The components are standardized, so our bicycles can be repaired at any service station. Thanks to this, we get a bicycle that is easy and inexpensive to maintain, and which is very enjoyable to ride.

Choose it with a Supernova dynamo lighting system!
Choose the dynamo-powered Supernova E3 Pure 3 lighting system with a Shutter Precision hub dynamo if you want worry-free, continuous lighting on your bike. The rear light can be mounted on the fender, the rear rack, or the seatpost clamp—whichever suits you best.

Battery-powered Supernova light
Choose your bike with the battery-powered Supernova Airstream 2 headlight, paired with an integrated rear light mounted on the seatpost clamp. The front light is removable and can also be used as a flashlight, making it easy to recharge.
Rear rack, so you can carry all your extra gear with ease.
Choose the Tubus Fly Classic rear rack, optionally with an integrated rear light (available for the Supernova Airstream 2 and Supernova E3 systems).

Handlebar options
Order your bike with the standard comfortable Possible Noirette aluminum handlebar, or upgrade to the Possible Riser Carbon handlebar. Carbon absorbs vibrations better, providing a more comfortable riding experience—plus, it’s also 0.3 grams lighter.
High puncture resistance, tubeless fluid
Schwalbe tires are among the best options on the market for our bikes. We supply them tubeless by default, as the sealant helps seal small punctures, reducing the chance of flats. Our bikes are also available with TPU inner tubes, paired with the specified tire model.

Gates CDX Carbon Belt Drive System
The CDX Belt drive system is the most durable system. It provides high performance and reliability with low maintenance.
Hydraulic disc brakes
Equipped with hydraulic disc brakes for reliable safety. Whether it's emergency braking or descending a slope, you can count on maximum stopping power. We really like the Tektro brakes—they’re highly effective and extremely reliable. Our bikes are also available with Shimano brakes as an optional upgrade.

Comfortable riding position
Sitting on the bike, we need to reach a position where we can sit most efficiently and comfortably. In the case of gear hub models, this has also been achieved. By kicking our feet backwards, we can drive the bike most effectively in a “horse spring” position, but we can still keep our backs in a comfortable position for a long time.
Carbon Rim upgrade
Our aluminium rim is a great choice in terms of value for money, but if you're aiming for a lighter, stiffer, and faster ride, upgrading to carbon is worth considering. Carbon rims transfer power more efficiently, absorb vibrations better, and offer a noticeably smoother ride. They also provide aerodynamic advantages, which make a real difference at higher speeds or on longer rides. And the premium look? That’s just the cherry on top.
