Does the Tektro flat mount adapter set work with post-mount brakes?

No. The set is for flat-mount frames, forks and calipers.

Can I buy the front or rear adapter on its own?

Yes. We also sell the Tektro flat-mount front adapter for 140/160 mm and the rear adapter for 160 mm separately.

Do I need to readjust the brakes after fitting the adapters?

Yes. After fitting adapters, centre each caliper over its rotor and check the pad clearance and bolt tightness.
