The Fabric Nanobar Pump is a compact aluminium mini pump with a flexible hose that pulls out of the body, so pumping never levers on the valve – up to 8.3 bar (120 psi) for Presta and Schrader valves, small enough for a jersey pocket.

Fabric Nanobar – the hose keeps the valve still while you pump.

Why the Fabric Nanobar?

  • Extendable hose that protects the valve. The hose hides inside the body when not in use and pulls out when you need it, so the pump moves and the valve stays still.
  • Presta and Schrader in one head. Works with road, gravel and city bike valves (Presta / French) as well as car-type Schrader valves.
  • Up to 8.3 bar / 120 psi. Enough pressure for road, gravel, trekking and commuter tyres, at 20 cc per stroke.
  • Over-handle design. The handle slides over the barrel, so the pump stays short when stored and gives a full-length stroke when used.
  • All-aluminium body. Robust and durable, without the creaking of plastic pumps.

Why the hose matters

With a direct-fit head every stroke pushes and pulls on the valve – the classic way to bend a Presta valve or tear it out of the tube. The Nanobar's hose separates the pump from the valve, so you can pump with a relaxed, steady rhythm.

Made for getting you home

Like every mini pump, the Nanobar is made for the roadside, not for daily inflation at home – use a floor pump with a gauge to set exact pressure. For wide mountain bike tyres a larger-volume pump is faster.

Who is it for?

  • Commuters and city riders. Fix a puncture and get on with the day.
  • Road, gravel and touring riders. A light, reliable backup pump for every ride.
  • Booda Bike owners. On hub-gear and belt-drive bikes, a quick tube change and re-inflation is all you need to keep riding.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Fabric Nanobar work with Presta valves?

Yes. The head works with both Presta (French) and Schrader valves. For Presta, set up the head as described in the instructions before use.

How high can I inflate with the Nanobar?

Up to 8.3 bar (120 psi), which covers road, gravel, trekking and commuter tyres.

Why is a hose better than a direct-fit head?

With a direct-fit head, every stroke moves the valve. A hose separates the pump movement from the valve, which reduces the risk of bending or tearing a Presta valve.

Can I still buy it later?

The Nanobar has been discontinued by Fabric. We are selling our remaining stock – once it is gone, it is gone.

About Fabric

Fabric is a British cycling component brand started by Nick Larsen, the founder of Charge Bikes. It made its name with comfortable, award-winning saddles such as the Scoop, and later added grips, bar tape, bottles, pumps and tools. Its approach is simple: few parts, clean design and real-world comfort and function – "for the love of the ride". Today Fabric is part of the Dutch Pon bike group.
