Why the Hiplok DX+?

  • Highest Sold Secure bicycle rating. Diamond for pedal cycles and Gold for powered cycles.
  • Clip + Ride. The DX clips to belts, jersey pockets and bag straps – nothing on the frame.
  • 14 mm hardened shackle. Built to withstand tough attacks; the 85 × 150 mm locking area is a tight fit that prevents leverage.
  • Anti-pick, anti-rotation. Anti-pick cylinder tested by various external testers and double locking tabs on both ends of the shackle.
  • 2 m steel cable. 10 mm braided steel with looped ends; slip it through the DX shackle to secure wheels and accessories.
  • 3 coded keys. Lost or broken keys can be replaced.

Top-level security that is still easy to carry

Expensive bikes and e-bikes need a high-rated lock – but high security usually means heavy and awkward. And a D lock alone only secures the frame, leaving quick-release wheels exposed. DX+ answers both: a light Diamond D lock plus a cable for the wheels.

Lock it right

Lock the frame to the stand with the DX, then thread the cable through both wheels and back into the shackle. Fill the inside of the D lock as much as possible – less space means less leverage for a thief. Lock in busy, well-lit places and keep the lock off the ground.

Who is it for?

  • E-bike owners. Diamond-level protection for a high-value bike.
  • City commuters. Locking in high-risk areas every day.
  • Riders with quick-release wheels. Protect the wheels as well as the frame.
  • Anyone upgrading. From a basic cable or Bronze lock to serious security.
