Hiplok LITE – Superbright
The Hiplok LITE Superbright (LT1SB) is Hiplok's lightest wearable keyed chain lock: a Sold Secure Bronze rated 6 mm hardened steel chain with an 8 mm hardened shackle, worn round your waist while you ride. Its ultra-reflective sleeve makes you more visible in car headlights at night.

Why the Hiplok LITE Superbright?
Wear it, don't pack it. The patented wearable fastening goes round your waist; it closes with its own buckle, never with the lock, so it always comes off quickly.
Seen at night. The Superbright sleeve is ultra-reflective and lights up in car headlights.
Hardened steel. 6 mm chain of the highest-grade hardened steel and a tough, reinforced 8 mm shackle.
75 cm locking length. Goes round thick posts, railings and racks where a D lock will not fit.
Fits most riders. Adjustable for waist sizes 26"–44".
3 coded keys. Lost or broken keys can be replaced using the key code card.

A chain lock you actually want to carry
Chain locks are flexible and easy to use, but heavy, awkward in a backpack and noisy on the frame. That is why many riders leave them at home and take a risk. The LITE solves the carrying problem: it is Hiplok's lightest wearable chain, and you simply wear it.

Security rating: Sold Secure Bronze
Sold Secure is the UK's independent security testing house: locks are attacked with real tools and rated by how long they resist. Bronze locks are designed to deter the opportunist thief – ideal for short stops, low-risk areas and as a light secondary lock. The LITE is also tested by SBSC (Sweden).

Long enough for e-bikes and wide racks
Lock the frame, not only the wheel, to an immovable object and keep the lock off the ground. Where possible, pass the chain through the rear triangle and the front wheel.

Frame and wheel together
For high-risk areas or overnight locking, combine the LITE with a higher-rated lock such as the Hiplok DX.
Who is it for?
- Night and winter commuters. The reflective sleeve lights up in headlights.
- Urban commuters. Shops, cafés and the office, for short to medium stays.
- Students and city riders. A light lock that is easy to carry.
- E-bike and hybrid riders. A chain long enough for awkward bike racks.
