The black touch-up paint for Booda Bike products, first of all for the frame: MTN Nitro 2G Colors R9011 is a matt black, high-pressure spray with excellent coverage that dries in minutes, so a chip, a scratch or a worn corner can be repaired in one short session.
Why this spray for a Booda Bike frame?
Made for repairs and final finishes. The manufacturer recommends Nitro 2G for final finishes, and the silky matt black suits chips and scratches on a black frame.
Very fast drying. Touch dry in about 10 minutes, completely dry in about 20 minutes, and it hardens after 2 hours, so the bike is back on the road quickly.
Easy to apply and repaint. Build the repair up in thin layers of about 20 microns each and recoat after 10 minutes. Three thin layers are always better than one thick one.
Silver Killer formula. It covers metallic “leafing” paints such as silver, so a repair over a silver or chrome-like finish still ends up a clean, solid black.
500 ml can. 100 ml more than a standard 400 ml can, enough for many touch-ups and a theoretical 2.8 m² of continuous painting.

How do I touch up a chip or a scratch?
Work on a clean, dry surface. On rusty metal remove the rust with a wire brush and prepare an anti-rust primer if needed; on plastics apply an anchor layer first. Shake the can for about one minute after you hear the mixer ball, then spray thin layers and recoat after 10 minutes. Mask the area around the repair first.
How long until it is dry?
Touch dry after about 10 minutes and completely dry after about 20 minutes. The paint hardens after 2 hours.
Is the finish matt or glossy?
Matt. The manufacturer gives a gloss value below 10 %.
Can it cover an old silver or chrome-like finish?
Yes, within limits: the Silver Killer formula is made to cover metallic “leafing” paints such as silver, and the can is marked “Paint over the chrome”.
What are the conditions for spraying?
Room temperature from 8 °C, surface temperature between 5 °C and 50 °C, relative humidity up to 85 %. Use it in a well-ventilated area and never on equipment that is plugged in. After use, turn the can upside down to clean the valve.
