Rohloff Bayonet connectors, 2x female type
The Rohloff Bayonet connectors 2x female (8273) are the two female halves of the Speedhub 500/14 bayonet cable connection for hubs with the internal gear mech.
Why original bayonet connectors?
Tool-free disconnection. Turn the two halves 90° against each other and pull apart; reconnect by inserting and twisting. 
Both female halves. One for each shift cable; the female part holds the bayonet spring. 
Secure clamping. The cable is clamped with M4 grub screws, 2 mm Allen key, 1.5 Nm.
Who is it for?
- Owners of internal gear mech Speedhubs. Replace both female connectors at once.
- Workshops. Stock for cable service.

Frequently asked questions
Can I replace just the spring?
Yes, the bayonet springs for 8273 are available separately (8709).
Do I need the male type too?
Only if the male tips are worn or lost – they are available as 8272.
