Rohloff Bayonet connectors, 2x male type
The Rohloff Bayonet connectors 2x male (8272) are the two male tips of the Speedhub 500/14 bayonet cable connection for hubs with the internal gear mech.
Why original bayonet connectors?
Tool-free disconnection. Turn the two halves 90° against each other and pull apart; reconnect by inserting and twisting. 
Both male tips. One for each shift cable – fitted when the cables are renewed. 
Secure clamping. The cable is clamped with M4 grub screws, 2 mm Allen key, 1.5 Nm.

The pack contains the male tips; the matching female connectors are 8273. If unsure which side you need, send us a photo.
What torque for the grub screws?
1.5 Nm with a 2 mm Allen key.
