Return Process
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
The return process is as follows:
- Packing: Pack the product to at least the same standard as the original packaging. This is crucial because packages are often handled roughly and can easily be damaged. Imagine the package being tossed around - the product inside must be able to withstand that level of impact.
- Payment infos: If you paid by credit/debit card, no further action is needed regarding payment details. However, if you paid via Bank Transfer, you must provide the following details so we can process your refund:
- Order number
- Full Name
- Bank account number (IBAN)
Important: We are unable to accept packages sent via standard postal services (Magyar Posta). This is because the Hungarian Post does not provide door-to-door delivery for these returns; as a result, the package will be sent back to you, which will incur extra costs for you.
If you are unable to arrange a courier yourself, please contact us to request a pickup through our partners. We will inform you of the cost in advance, for which you will need to provide the following:
- Exact pickup address (Country, City, ZIP code, Street)
- Contact information (Name, Email address, Phone number)
- Package dimensions (Height, width, depth, weight, number of items)
- Preferred pickup time (Date and time window)
Please note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price. If you requested us to handle the return shipping, the return shipping fee will also be deducted from the final amount.
In the event of a damaged package, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
For Bicycles, Wheelsets, and Framesets: It is important to note that for large packages, we subsidize a significant portion of the initial shipping cost at the time of order, meaning the shipping fee you paid was lower than the actual cost. Therefore, if you arrange the return through us, the return shipping fee may be considerably higher than the original shipping fee charged during checkout. Generally, it is twice the amount of the original shipping cost. Regardless, you still maintain the right to arrange the return of the product yourself using a courier service of your choice. (It is important to emphasize that we are unable to accept packages sent via postal services, as they do not deliver them directly to our location.)
