Booda Bike Eccentric BB
The Possible eccentric bottom bracket is the complete kit for the bottom bracket of a Booda Bike frame: left and right eccentric shells with bearings, dust covers and bolts, turned to set the belt tension.

What is in the set
| Part | Qty |
|---|---|
| Eccentric BB shell, left, with holes | 1 |
| Eccentric BB shell, right, with threads | 1 |
| Bearing | 2 |
| Dust cover | 2 |
| Bolt | 3 |
Why an eccentric bottom bracket?
Belt tension without sliding dropouts. A Booda Bike has vertical rear dropouts, so the belt tension is set at the bottom bracket instead.
Small, precise steps. Rotating the eccentric moves the crank axle slightly forward or back, which changes the distance to the rear wheel.
A complete kit. Left and right shells, two bearings, two dust covers and three bolts in one product.
Tool and bearings sold separately. The Booda Bike eccentric BB tool and the bearing and dust cover set are separate products.

Where it fits
The eccentric sits in the bottom bracket shell and carries the crank axle. The three bolts on the non-drive-side cap lock it in position, tightened to a maximum of 5 Nm.
Who is it for?
- Booda Bike owners. Who need to replace the whole eccentric bottom bracket.
- Builders and workshops. Who build up a Booda Bike frame and want the full eccentric kit in one product.

Frequently asked questions
What is an eccentric bottom bracket?
A bottom bracket whose housing can be rotated off-centre. On a Booda Bike turning it moves the crank axle slightly forward or back, which tensions the belt.
What is in the kit?
A left eccentric shell with holes, a right eccentric shell with threads, two bearings, two dust covers and three bolts.
How tight should the cap bolts be?
Tighten the three bolts on the non-drive-side cap evenly to a maximum of 5 Nm, as Booda Bike's guides say, and check the belt tension afterwards.
Can I replace only the bearings?
Yes. The two bearings and two dust covers are also sold as a separate set.
