Rohloff Axleplate CC OEM2
The Rohloff Axleplate CC OEM2 (8227) anchors the torque of a quick-release Speedhub 500/14 CC hub at the IS disc brake mount – with a support bolt, Speedbone or Monkey Bone – instead of a torque arm.
Why the CC OEM2 plate?
Anchors at the brake mount. Its seat takes a support bolt through the lower IS caliper hole, or a Speedbone / Monkey Bone peg. 
No torque arm. Tidy frame, quick wheel removal. 
Works with a disc brake. With a disc brake fitted, use the Speedbone or Monkey Bone as the anchor. 
Frame approval. Rohloff requires the frame manufacturer's permission; otherwise use is at the rider's own risk.
Who is it for?
- Quick-release frames with IS disc mount. The common torque solution on touring and trekking frames.
- Rim-brake bikes with IS tabs. Anchor with a simple support bolt.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the rack bolt thread instead?
Rohloff allows an M5 rack thread with the OEM2 adapter 8552 if the hole is 39.9 mm from the axle centre and behind the axle line – not on tandems or powerful e-bikes.
Does it work with a chainstay brake mount?
No, not on frames with vertical dropouts where the mount sits on the chainstay.
