Rohloff Axleplate TS OEM
The Rohloff Axleplate TS OEM (8235) is for threaded-axle Speedhub 500/14 TS hubs in frames with Rohloff OEM dropouts: the plate locks into the dropout slot, so no torque arm is needed.
Why the TS OEM plate?
No torque arm. Axle peg and support block slide into the OEM dropout slot and stop rotation. 
Threaded axle. For TS hubs fixed with M10x1 axle nuts. 
Secure fit. The dropout itself holds the torque.

The OEM plate has a support block that sits in the dropout slot next to the axle peg – this replaces the torque arm.

Does it fit standard dropouts?
No. Rohloff states the OEM plate is only for frames with Rohloff OEM dropouts.
Is there a long version?
Yes, 8235L with a longer axle journal for thick dropouts.
