Rohloff Carrier Removal Tool
The Rohloff Carrier Removal Tool (8522) lets workshops remove a Speedhub splined carrier – even a stuck or worn one – without sending the hub back to Rohloff.

Why the carrier removal tool?
Stuck carriers out. Designed for seized or worn splined carriers that will not come off by normal means.
No factory trip. Rohloff developed it so workshops can do the job themselves instead of shipping the hub.
Works with 8518. Used together with the Lock-Ring tool (8518) and a standard 1/2" impact driver.
Who is it for?
- Bike workshops and service centres. Speedhub carrier service in-house.
- Experienced home mechanics. Only if you have a 1/2" impact driver and the lock-ring tool.
