Frequently asked questions
Does a Magura Storm 6-bolt rotor fit the Speedhub?
No. Rohloff special brake rotors are required to ride a SPEEDHUB 500/14 with disc brakes: they use the hub's 4-bolt mount (65 mm bolt circle), not the usual 6-bolt or Centerlock standard.
Can I use this rotor with a Shimano brake?
Shimano brakes are designed for 1.8 mm rotors – use the Rohloff t1.8 mm rotor instead.
Which size should I choose?
Stay within your frame's brake mount and adapter. We are happy to check your bike.
