The Rohloff E-14 Diagnostic Kit BES3 (Art. 8815-04) lets a workshop find a faulty E-14 component on a Bosch Smart System e-bike by cross exchange – swapping each part for a known-good one, step by step.
Why the Diagnostic Kit?
Find the real fault. Check shifter unit, switch unit, extension cable and adapter in turn, directly on the bike.
Workshop tool. In Rohloff’s diagnostic kits the shifter unit is supplied for diagnosis and cross exchange only, not for resale.
Extra long cable. Contents as per the E-14 BES3 set 8800S-10, plus an additional 1000 mm 4-pole extension cable.

It is a workshop tool. Riders with an E-14 fault should take the bike to a Rohloff service centre.
