Rohloff Grub screw bayonet connectors
Rohloff Grub Screws for bayonet connectors (8570, pair) clamp the shift cables in the bayonet connectors of the internal gear mech and in the cable drum of the external gear mech on the SPEEDHUB 500/14 – tiny genuine parts that keep your shifting precise.

Why genuine grub screws?
Easy to lose. Small M4x4 screws drop out easily during a cable change – keep a spare pair.
Correct size and thread. M4x4 with 2 mm Allen key, tightened to 1.5 Nm according to Rohloff.
Firm cable clamping. A good grub screw holds the cable end securely, so the gear steps stay precise.
Two uses. Bayonet connectors of the internal gear mech and the cable drum of the external gear mech.
Who is it for?
- Riders changing shift cables. A fresh screw is better than a worn hex socket.
- Workshops. A standard Rohloff spare for every cable job.
