Shimano Alfine 11 SM-S700 Small Parts Set
The Shimano Alfine 11 SM-S700 small parts set contains everything needed to mount an Alfine 11 hub in the frame: the cassette joint that connects the shift cable to the hub, the axle cap nuts and the non-turn washers. We sell it only as a complete set.

Why the full SM-S700 set?
Made for Alfine 11. Fits the SG-S700 and SG-S7001-11 hubs.
Cassette joint. The part that links the shift cable to the hub – often damaged in a fall or lost when the wheel comes out.
Non-turn washers. They stop the axle from rotating in the dropout under pedalling force.
Genuine Shimano. All parts in one bag, so nothing is missing at the workbench.

When you need it
New wheel builds, moving an Alfine 11 wheel to a new frame, or replacing a lost or damaged cassette joint.
The non-turn washers must match your dropout. Shimano colour-codes them by dropout type – check the washer colour on your bike or ask us before ordering.
Who is it for?
- Builders. Fitting a new Alfine 11 hub.
- Riders changing frames. Moving an Alfine 11 wheel to another bike.
- Workshops. Replacing a damaged cassette joint.

About Shimano
Shimano was founded in 1921 in Sakai, Japan, as a one-man workshop making freewheels. Today it is the world's largest maker of bicycle components, and its standards – Center Lock rotors, Hollowtech cranks, Rapidfire shifters, mineral-oil hydraulic brakes – are what most bikes are built around.
At BoodaBike we use Shimano internal gear hubs and hydraulic brakes on our own belt-drive bikes, and we stock the service parts we use in our own workshop.
