Shimano SM-BH90 Hydraulic Brake Hose – black, per 0.5 m
Shimano SM-BH90-SS is the standard black hydraulic hose for Shimano's current mineral-oil disc brakes, cut from the workshop roll in 0.5 m steps. Order the length you need and add an olive + connector insert for each hose end at the lever.

Why genuine BH90 hose?
Mineral-oil systems. Made for Shimano hydraulic brakes with the BH90 connection.
Cut to length. Sold per 0.5 m from the roll – order exactly what your frame needs.
Re-route freely. Replace a damaged or too-short hose, or route hoses on a new frame.
Genuine Shimano. The right outer and inner diameter for Shimano olives and inserts.

What else you need
Fittings are not included. For every hose end at the lever you need one olive + connector insert (Y8JA98020).
To fill the system you also need Shimano mineral oil and a bleed kit – or let our workshop do it.
Who is it for?

About Shimano
Shimano was founded in 1921 in Sakai, Japan, as a one-man workshop making freewheels. Today it is the world's largest maker of bicycle components, and its standards – Center Lock rotors, Hollowtech cranks, Rapidfire shifters, mineral-oil hydraulic brakes – are what most bikes are built around.
At BoodaBike we use Shimano internal gear hubs and hydraulic brakes on our own belt-drive bikes, and we stock the service parts we use in our own workshop.
