Shimano TL-S703 Oil Change Kit for Alfine 11
The Shimano TL-S703 is the oil change kit for the Alfine 11 hub. With its syringe, tube, catch container and bleed nipple the job takes about fifteen minutes and leaves no mess. Oil is sold separately.

Why the TL-S703?
Clean, no-drip change. The old oil drains into the container, the syringe pushes the new oil in through the oil port.
Fits the hub's oil port. The bleed nipple screws into the hub, so the oil goes exactly where it should.
Reusable. Clean the syringe and tube after use and the kit lasts for many oil changes.
For all Alfine 11 hubs. SG-S700, SG-S705, SG-S7001-11 and SG-S7051-11.

Add the oil
The kit does not contain oil. Add one bottle of SG-S700 Alfine 11 oil (50 ml) per change.
Shimano specifies the first oil change after 1,000 km, then every 5,000 km or every two years.
Who is it for?
- Alfine 11 owners. Who service their own bike.
- Workshops and fleets. With Alfine 11 bikes to keep running.

About Shimano
Shimano was founded in 1921 in Sakai, Japan, as a one-man workshop making freewheels. Today it is the world's largest maker of bicycle components, and its standards – Center Lock rotors, Hollowtech cranks, Rapidfire shifters, mineral-oil hydraulic brakes – are what most bikes are built around.
At BoodaBike we use Shimano internal gear hubs and hydraulic brakes on our own belt-drive bikes, and we stock the service parts we use in our own workshop.
