Gates Carbon Drive CDX Rear Sprocket – for Enviolo hubs - 24T
The Gates Carbon Drive CDX Rear Sprocket – for Enviolo hubs is the current stainless steel CDX rear sprocket for Enviolo continuously variable hubs with the 9-spline driver, in the Gates FINLINE design, with 22 or 24 teeth.
Why choose this rear sprocket?
Stainless steel. Wear-resistant aerospace stainless steel from the strongest Gates line.
Enviolo 9-spline fit. Made for Enviolo hubs with the 9-spline sprocket interface.
Smooth, stepless riding. A belt drive suits a continuously variable hub: no gears to click, no chain to oil.
CenterTrack, 11 mm pitch. Runs with CDX, CDC and CDN belts.

Frequently asked questions
Which version do I need – this one or the OLD one?
This is the current Gates sprocket for Enviolo hubs with the 9-spline interface (type XF…E9MN). Older Enviolo/NuVinci hubs use the earlier CENTERFLANGE sprocket (type CT…VMN), which we sell as “Gates Carbon Drive CDX Rear Sprocket – for Enviolo hubs (OLD)”. The type designation is marked on the sprocket; if you are unsure, send us your hub model and we will check.
Which tooth count should I choose?
It depends on your gearing and the front sprocket, and the belt length follows from both. Gates offers a free Gearing and Center Distance Calculator in its Gates Sanity Check. Send us your frame, crank and hub and we will help you choose.
When should I replace a sprocket?
Worn teeth cause noise, tooth jump and faster belt wear, so replace the sprocket when the teeth are worn.
