Schwalbe G-One Speed 622×35 – Tubeless easy
The Schwalbe G-One Speed 622×35 (700x35C, Evo, Super Ground, ADDIX SpeedGrip) is a fast-rolling semi-slick tubeless easy tire for road riders who also ride rough cycle paths and gravel roads – quick on tarmac, safe when the surface turns loose.

Why the G-One Speed 35 mm?
Road speed. A homogeneous round-knob tread rolls fast on asphalt, so the tire does not slow you down on the road sections.
Gravel confidence. The same knobs give secure traction on unkept cycle paths and gravel roads.
Super Ground casing. Reinforced sidewalls for mixed surfaces, where stones and sharp edges are part of the ride.
ADDIX SpeedGrip. A grip-focused rubber compound for changing surfaces.
Tubeless Easy. Built for tubeless use with sealant: small punctures seal while you ride.

Round knobs, low profile
Fast road and gravel mix rides, commuting over rough cycle paths and light gravel. At 35 mm the G-One Speed fits many road, endurance and gravel bikes.
This is the proven Evolution version with Super Ground casing and ADDIX SpeedGrip. Schwalbe has since launched a new generation; we sell our remaining stock of this version.

Where it fits in the Schwalbe range
The G-One Speed sits between road and gravel – faster on tarmac than the G-One RS, with less grip on loose ground. For very loose or muddy terrain choose a G-One R or G-One Bite.
From left to right the scale runs from smooth asphalt through touring roads and firm tracks, fast gravel and mixed gravel to rough, loose ground; the wheel marks where the G-One Speed is most at home.
Who is it for?
- Road cyclists who explore gravel. You keep road speed on tarmac and still ride gravel roads safely.
- Commuters on rough cycle paths. A 35 mm tire with grip and reinforced sidewalls for broken surfaces.
- Riders who want one fast, versatile 35 mm tire. Tubeless, folding and easy to live with.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the current G-One Speed?
This is the proven Evolution version (Super Ground, ADDIX SpeedGrip). Schwalbe has since launched a new generation; we sell our remaining stock of this version.
Is it good on gravel?
Yes, on gravel roads and rough paths. For very loose or muddy terrain choose a G-One R or G-One Bite.
Do I need sealant?
Yes. As a Tubeless Easy (TLE) tire it is designed for tubeless use with sealant. Mount the tire on a tubeless-ready rim with tubeless rim tape and a tubeless valve, add sealant (for example Schwalbe Doc Blue) and ride a few kilometres straight away so the sealant spreads and seals the tire. Top up the sealant every few months.
What pressure should I ride?
Schwalbe specifies 3.0 to 4.5 bar for this size. Lighter riders and loose surfaces suit the lower end, heavier riders and smooth tarmac the upper end.
About Schwalbe
Schwalbe is the tire brand of Ralf Bohle GmbH, a family-owned German company from Reichshof, in the tire business since 1922. Since 1973 Schwalbe has developed and built its tires together with its long-term production partner Hung-A in Indonesia and Vietnam, and today Schwalbe tires are ridden in around 70 countries.
Almost all Schwalbe tires are made with fairly traded natural rubber (Fair Rubber), and Schwalbe runs its own tire recycling – the recycled carbon black in the ADDIX Green compound saves around 80% CO₂eq compared with conventional industrial carbon black.
