Booda Bike Pilot - L

Pilot
Singlespeed commuter bike
Designed for performance
A single speed, belt-driven bike for riders who love fast-paced cycling and want an agile ride. Thanks to its road wheels, it performs best on asphalt. The frame geometry and the components are matched with performance in mind. The Gates Carbon CDX belt drive is efficient and low-maintenance. The steel frame is just flexible enough to absorb unpleasant vibrations, yet stiff enough not to spoil the ride.

Steel frame The frame is the most important element of the bike, so it gets special attention in the design. Thanks to the material properties of steel, it pleasantly dampens vibrations, yet gives enough rigidity to make cornering a real pleasure.
Single speed Equipped with the Possible SpinnerOne straight-pull 24h wheelset, designed specifically for belt-driven bikes. The lightweight rear hub delivers a distinctive, satisfying buzz.
~8.5 kg The bike weighs approximately 8.5 kg without accessories, which is outstanding for a steel-framed, single speed bike of this type. This is thanks to the high-quality steel frame and the carbon fork. The low weight is key to a comfortable and enjoyable ride.
Hydraulic disc brakes The hydraulic disc brake system is one of the lowest-maintenance solutions available. It offers great efficiency at an affordable price and can be upgraded to a higher-end braking system if desired.
Gates Carbon Drive system The Gates Carbon Drive belt system is clean, quiet and virtually maintenance-free. It does not require lubrication, does not rust and lasts significantly longer than a traditional chain. A premium choice for smooth, reliable riding.
Internal cable routing Every detail of the bike was carefully designed to keep it beautiful and clean, which is why internal cable routing is an essential feature.

Possible SpinnerOne straight-pull wheelset (24h)
Straight-pull front and rear hubs, suited to the Gates rear sprocket on the Rohloff belt line for single speed bikes.

Power-tuned riding position
The frame geometry of the single speed bikes has been tuned for performance, so you can get through the city’s obstacles as agilely as possible.

Gates CDX Carbon belt drive
The CDX belt drive is the most durable system. It provides high performance and reliability with low maintenance.

Hydraulic disc brakes
Equipped with hydraulic disc brakes for reliable safety. Whether it is emergency braking or descending a slope, you can count on maximum stopping power. We really like the Tektro brakes – they are highly effective and extremely reliable. Our bikes are also available with Shimano brakes as an optional upgrade.

High puncture resistance, tubeless sealant fluid
The tubeless tires are filled with Effetto Mariposa Végétalex tubeless sealant, which forms a paste-like material inside the tire and immediately seals smaller holes. (Schwalbe Pro-One 622x28 tires)
